Use Notion as a source

Open Sources → Content and select Notion to use a connected Notion workspace as knowledge. If the tab shows that Notion is disconnected, select Connect Notion and complete the connection in workspace Integrations. Only pages and databases shared with the integration can be discovered.

Select the right content

After the connection is available, use Manage pages to choose the pages and databases the agent should use. Select only current, customer-safe material. A broad workspace can contain internal drafts, stale operating notes, and conflicting policies that do not belong in a customer-facing answer path.

The source status can be pending, syncing, synced, or error. Wait for Synced before using a Notion page as acceptance-test evidence. Use Sync now when you need to request a refresh, and reconnect in Integrations if the connection needs attention.

Disable without losing the selection

Unchecking a selected Notion page removes its embeddings but keeps its source row. Re-enable that row later without reauthorizing the whole Notion connection. Removing the source entirely is appropriate when the page should no longer be available to the agent.

Keep it current

Retraining refreshes enabled Notion content whose remote edit time changed. Your selected pages and databases are source roots, and syncing can discover their nested child content recursively, so review the resulting source list rather than treating selection as a strict page-only boundary.
