Use Notion as a source

Open Sources → Content. Select Notion to use a connected Notion workspace as a knowledge source. If the tab shows that Notion is disconnected, select Connect Notion. Complete the connection in workspace Integrations. The integration can discover only pages and databases that are shared with it.

Select the right content

After the connection is available, use Manage pages to select the pages and databases for the agent. Select only current, customer-safe material. A broad workspace can contain internal drafts, stale operating notes, and conflicting policies that do not belong in a customer-facing answer path.

The source status can be pending, syncing, synced, or error. Before you use a Notion page as acceptance-test evidence, wait for the status Synced. When you need a refresh, select Sync now. If the connection needs attention, reconnect in Integrations.

Disable without losing the selection

If you uncheck a selected Notion page, the page loses its embeddings, but the source row stays. You can re-enable the row later. You do not need to reauthorize the whole Notion connection. If the page must no longer be available to the agent, remove the source entirely.

Keep it current

Retraining refreshes enabled Notion content when its remote edit time changes. Your selected pages and databases are source roots. Sync can find nested child content at any depth. Review the resulting source list. Do not treat your selection as a strict page-only boundary.
