Help Center

Create a branded knowledge base for an agent, configure public access, and manage its articles.

Open Help Center from an agent to create and configure its knowledge base. Start with a title and slug, then set a description, logo, favicon, accent color, and light or dark appearance. The site has separate controls for AI answers, publication, visibility, allowed email domains, and translation defaults. Saving site configuration needs Help Center write access; publishing and deletion have separate permissions.

Publication and visibility are different concerns. A public, published site can be read at its configured help-center URL. A private site uses the access controls you configure, so do not assume a draft or private page is customer-visible. Test the page in a separate browser session after changing access or domain settings.

Use the overview to keep site-wide settings consistent, then create articles and collections. A Help Center is a knowledge surface, not the same feature as the agent Help Page. Its content, publication state, and visitor access must be managed separately.
