Help Center

Open Help Center from an agent to create and configure its knowledge base. Start with a title and a slug. Then set a description, logo, favicon, accent color, and light or dark appearance. The site has separate controls for AI answers, publication, visibility, allowed email domains, and translation defaults. Saving site configuration needs Help Center write access. Publishing and deletion need their own permissions.

Help Center is included on every paid plan: Hobby, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise. A Free or Sandbox organization cannot create a site. When an organization moves to a plan without Help Center, its site stays live for visitors and the editor becomes read-only. A banner explains this, and the edit and publish controls are disabled. You can still delete a site, a collection, or an article. Upgrade to a paid plan to edit the site again.

Publication and visibility are different concerns. Visitors can read a public, published site at its configured help-center URL. A private site uses the access controls that you configure. Do not assume that a draft page or a private page is visible to visitors. After you change access or domain settings, test the page in a separate browser session.

Use the overview to keep site-wide settings consistent. Then create articles and collections. A Help Center is a knowledge surface, not the same feature as the agent Help Page. You must manage its content, publication state, and visitor access separately.
