Workspace
Manage your organization, people, security, integrations, and billing.
Workspace settings control the organization for every AgentStack agent. These settings control who can access the organization. They also control how teams route Inbox work, which API keys and connections exist, and which plan features you can use. Use this section for a task that applies to all agents. Use another section to change one agent's knowledge, behavior, or channel.
Start with Organization settings. Use this section to name the workspace and manage ownership. Members and Custom roles control who can access the organization. Teams sets up routing for Help Desk work. API keys and Audit logs support administration and investigation. Integrations connects AgentStack to supported external providers. Billing and pricing manages subscriptions, payment information, and credits. Personal settings are different from organization administration. They affect only your own account and notifications.
Keep responsibilities distinct. An administrator can manage many workspace settings. Only the owner can change the subscription, transfer the organization, or delete it. The Enterprise plan is required to change custom roles or view audit logs. The dashboard shows these restrictions in context. Integrations must preserve the same restrictions. Do not assume that every signed-in member can perform every workspace action.
