AgentStack Docs

Workspace

Manage your organization, people, security, integrations, and billing.

Workspace settings govern the organization around every AgentStack agent: who can access it, how teams route Inbox work, which API keys and connections exist, and which plan capabilities are available. Use this section when a task applies across agents rather than changing one agent’s knowledge, behavior, or channel.

Start with Organization settings to name the workspace and manage ownership. Members and Custom roles control people access; Teams configures Help Desk routing. API keys and Audit logs cover administration and investigation. Integrations connects supported external providers, while Billing and pricing controls subscriptions, payment information, and credits. Personal settings are separate from organization administration and only affect your own account and notifications.

Keep responsibilities distinct. An administrator can handle many workspace settings, but ownership is required for consequential controls such as subscription changes, organization transfer, and deletion. Enterprise gates custom-role mutation and audit logs. The dashboard presents these restrictions in context; integrations should preserve them rather than assuming every signed-in member can perform every workspace action.
