Calendly

Offer Calendly availability and booking through an agent with explicit event-type and connection controls.

When you want your agent to find availability or book a meeting for a visitor, enable Calendly. First, connect Calendly in Integrations. Then configure the action. If you have more than one connection, select the connection to use. Choose the event types that the agent can offer. Set a default duration of 15 to 120 minutes, in steps of 15 minutes.

The action can discover event types, check availability, and create a booking. A booking needs an available time plus the attendee’s name and email.

Calendly and Cal.com are mutually exclusive. You can enable only one of them at a time. If you enable one, the action disables the other. You must decide which scheduler owns the agent’s booking workflow before you enable either one.

If you select a list of event types, the agent offers only those event types. If you leave the list unset, the action does not block any event type by default. You must check your configuration to confirm it offers what you want.

Calendly is high risk, even when the agent only checks availability. In a widget chat where action approval is enabled, the visitor confirms before the action proceeds. The action does not document rescheduling, cancellation, or bidirectional calendar synchronization.

Before you rely on Calendly for customer scheduling, test a booking flow with a safe event type. Then inspect the action log and Calendly.
