Action logs
Inspect recent action executions, filter failures, and use the recorded detail to correct configuration safely.
Open your agent's Actions page and choose Logs to inspect recent execution history. The summary cards above the tabs show total executions, successful executions, and errors. In the table, filter by an available action or by Success and Error status. Results are paginated, so move through the pages when you are investigating an earlier event.
Each row identifies the action, its status, duration, and timestamp. Choose Details to inspect the stored input and output, an error when one occurred, and the retry count. These details are useful for distinguishing an invalid parameter, a disconnected integration, or an upstream failure. They are execution diagnostics, not a general organization audit log: the interface does not present a conversation link, visitor identity, IP address, or an approval-decision history.
There is no retry, re-run, undo, or rollback control in this view. For an error, correct the configuration, connection, or input that caused it, then test again in a new conversation. Treat the log as helpful operational evidence rather than an immutable delivery guarantee: an execution-log write itself can fail, and a successful handoff or webhook record does not promise a human response or downstream delivery.
