Billing, pricing, and credits
Manage subscriptions, credits, payment settings, and usage interruptions.
Open Dashboard → Pricing to review available plans, monthly or yearly billing choices, Enterprise contact options, credits, usage history, payment method, and auto top-up settings.
Only an organization owner can start checkout, change a subscription, or open the Stripe customer portal. Other members see read-only information, and their billing buttons are disabled.
Credits apply across all agents and channels in the organization. When you plan a launch, check the credit history and the balance together. Before you turn on auto top-up, check the payment method.
The credit screen keeps a record of the billing state, such as past due, unpaid, paused, or canceled. A balance alone does not prove that paid features are still available. A payment-update banner directs the owner to the Stripe portal when a payment needs an update.
Plan capability varies by feature. Before you tell users that they have API access, Inbox, Audit logs, or custom roles, check the gate on the relevant screen.
Do not hard-code plan prices or a named entry tier in an integration. The Pricing screen is the live product surface for plan selection and Enterprise contact.
For credit-cost concepts, use the existing billing overview.
