Personal settings
Review account identity and manage available Inbox notifications.
Personal settings apply to the signed-in user, not the organization. The page has three tabs: Profile, Security, and Notifications. Before you change membership, billing, or other organization settings, confirm which account is active in the workspace.
Profile shows your name, your email address, and your user ID. You can edit the name and save it. The email address and the user ID are read-only. Your login provider manages the email address. The Danger Zone on this tab explains that account deletion is not self-service. Write to support to delete your account. If you own an organization, transfer ownership or delete the organization first. The page warns you when you own one. For organization removal, use the owner-only Organization settings deletion flow.
Security is a placeholder. It has no controls yet.
Notifications holds two separate groups of controls. Marketing emails is the first card. It appears for every user, whatever the role and whatever the plan. Turn the switch off to unsubscribe from product news, tips and founder notes. The switch does not affect account emails: sign-in codes, billing notices and support replies still arrive. Every marketing email also carries an Unsubscribe link that works without a sign-in, and both routes write the same preference. To subscribe again, turn the switch back on here.
The Inbox notification preferences follow below. They appear when you have inbox.read access and the organization's plan enables Inbox. On a plan without the shared Inbox, the tab shows a locked card instead of the controls. Notifications are opt-in by default. If the deployment has no public VAPID configuration, the page hides the browser push controls. When the controls appear, a failed preference update reverts and does not show as saved. Before you rely on a notification route for operational alerts, test it with the intended browser and workspace membership.
Two personal controls sit outside this page, in the profile menu at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. The theme picker selects Light, Dark, or System. Your browser stores that choice, so it does not follow you to another browser or device. The availability control switches you between Available and Away, which changes how tickets route to you. See teams and routing.
