Members and invitations
Invite people, manage workspace membership, and preserve owner safeguards.
The Members screen shows everyone with access to the current organization. Administrators and owners can invite people, retry or cancel pending invitations, and remove eligible members. Pending invitations count toward the workspace member limit, so clear expired or unnecessary invitations before assuming a new seat is available.
Built-in roles have important guardrails. An administrator cannot remove themself or another administrator, and cannot remove an owner. Only an owner can change a non-owner member’s built-in role or assign a custom role. Ownership itself is not a normal role edit: use the owner-transfer flow in Organization settings when responsibility must move to another person.
Before removing access, reroute any Inbox work, rotate any credentials the person knew, and verify whether they hold a custom role. Invites should go to the intended email address and be followed through their pending state rather than treated as membership immediately. The page controls dashboard access; API key access is separate and must be revoked from API keys when an integration owner leaves.
