Help Center Insights
Review aggregate search, feedback, and estimated AI cost signals to improve Help Center content.
Insights shows aggregate Help Center activity for a recent reporting window. It includes search volume, top queries, helpful versus not-helpful feedback, and estimated AI cost expressed in dollars and credits. Use these cards to identify gaps or confusing topics, then inspect and improve the relevant articles. A high query count alone does not prove that an article is wrong or that visitors could not find it.
Feedback is an aggregate signal. The helpful ratio is based on submitted helpful and not-helpful feedback, not every reader session. Estimated AI cost covers the Help Center’s AI features and should be treated as an operational estimate rather than an invoice or a per-customer billing report. Insights requires Help Center write access; raw supporting evidence, where available, has a stricter permission.
Use Insights as a prioritization loop: find a repeated query, review current articles and search results, update a draft, then measure whether the trend changes. Do not expose raw visitor evidence broadly or infer an individual customer’s intent from aggregate counts.
