Connect customer channels
A short channel setup overview, kept from the earlier flat documentation path.
AgentStack includes Email, Slack, Help Page, and Voice Calls. AgentStack marks WhatsApp, Phone, Messenger, Instagram, and SMS as coming soon. To enable and configure a channel, open the agent's Channels page.
For email, enable the channel. Add a managed address, or add a verified custom sending domain. Choose the primary address. Configure the appearance, the blocked senders, and the limits. Send a real message. Confirm that the reply appears in Activity. For a custom domain, the page shows the required DNS records. Add these records. The dashboard must show verification before the domain becomes active.
For Slack, connect an organization workspace under Integrations. Choose the connected workspace and channels in Channels → Slack. Configure the outbound and inbound behavior. Test a mention or a DM in the selected channel. For a standalone page, enable Channels → Help Page. Configure the branding and the quick links. Open the public URL in a private window before you share it.
You manage the web widget from Deploy, not from the Channels list. For installation steps and allowed-domain rules, see the embed guide. Voice has its own setup and recording controls. See Voice Calls for details.
