AgentStack Docs

Connect customer channels

A concise channel setup overview retained from the earlier flat documentation path.

AgentStack ships Email, Slack, Help Page, and Voice Calls; WhatsApp, Phone, Messenger, Instagram, and SMS are shown as coming soon. Open an agent’s Channels page to enable and configure the supported customer-facing experiences.

For email, enable the channel, add a managed address or a verified custom sending domain, choose the primary address, and configure appearance, blocked senders, and limits. Send a real message and confirm the reply appears in Activity. Custom domains display the DNS records that must be added, and the dashboard must report verification before the domain is live.

For Slack, connect an organization workspace under Integrations, choose the connected workspace and channels in Channels → Slack, configure outbound and inbound behavior, and test a selected-channel mention or DM. For a standalone page, enable Channels → Help Page, configure branding and quick links, then open the public URL in a private window before sharing it.

The web widget is managed from Deploy, not the Channels list. Use the embed guide for installation and allowed-domain rules. Voice has its own setup and recording controls; see Voice Calls.
