Email channel
Configure automatic customer-email support, outgoing identity and appearance, safety limits, and blocked senders.
In Channels → Email, turn automatic email support on or off and configure its three settings areas: General, Appearance, and Security & limits. General settings control the sending identity, including display name and signature. Appearance controls the outgoing template such as logo, header color, legal footer, social links, and the optional feedback prompt. Preview content is presentation only; send test and real messages to verify the final mail-client rendering.
Security & limits includes a deliverability alert contact, an hourly rate limit, and blocked senders. Add blocked email addresses or domains carefully, one per line, so unwanted senders do not trigger an automated reply. A configured rate limit is a safety bound, not a guarantee that every otherwise valid message will be sent. Delivery can still depend on a verified sending domain and upstream mail services.
Use a custom email domain before presenting an address as your own. Keep the outgoing identity concise, publish accurate support contacts, and test both a normal reply and a blocked sender. Do not place secrets or sensitive customer details in an email signature or template.
