Contacts and leads

Search, filter, review, add, and export customer contacts collected from your agents.

Open Contacts to manage people collected from agent conversations and verified identity flows. The legacy Leads URL renders the same Contacts surface, so use Contacts as the current navigation name. The table supports filtering by agent, lifecycle status, source, and lead-score range, plus text search and pagination. Filter choices are reflected in the URL, making a specific review view easier to revisit.

Contacts can have sources such as verified JWT, lead form, API import, or manual creation. Their lifecycle status can be new, contacted, qualified, converted, or lost. The score bands—cold, warm, hot, and very hot—are sorting and prioritization aids, not a prediction of revenue or an authorization to contact someone. Open a contact to review details, or use the controlled add-contact flow when a teammate has a legitimate reason to create a record.

The page can export contact data as CSV. Export only the necessary scope and treat it as customer information governed by your organization’s privacy and retention rules. Exporting a filtered agent or source does not make the data anonymous, and a successful file download is not proof that a downstream CRM import succeeded.
