Rewrite an existing Inbox reply or note draft with operator review before anything is sent.
AI Compose rewrites a draft that you already typed in the Inbox composer. AI Compose can format text, adjust the tone to be more friendly or more formal, rephrase it, expand it, or fix grammar. It can also translate the text into a preset language or any language you type. The result replaces the editable draft. AI Compose does not send the message. You must review the result and send it yourself.
AI Compose needs Inbox write access and a draft that is not empty. Each successful request uses one credit. A failed request that produces no output refunds the credit automatically. Keep the draft within the size limit. Do not paste credentials, payment data, or other sensitive information only to improve the wording. AI Compose can improve clarity. It cannot confirm an account decision or a promised outcome.
After every rewrite, check names, dates, commitments, and wording for the channel. If the text is only for teammates, use a private note instead of a reply. AI Compose makes a first draft clearer. The human operator remains responsible for the message sent to the customer.
