Rewrite an existing Inbox reply or note draft with operator review before anything is sent.
AI Compose transforms a draft already typed in the Inbox composer. It can format, make wording friendlier or more formal, rephrase, expand, fix grammar, or translate to supported presets. The result replaces the editable draft; it does not send a message automatically. You must review and dispatch the result yourself.
Compose requires Inbox write access and a non-empty draft. It uses one credit per successful request and refunds a failed request without successful output. Keep the draft within the supported size and avoid pasting credentials, payment data, or sensitive information solely to improve wording. The model can improve clarity but cannot validate an account decision or promised outcome.
Check names, dates, commitments, and channel-appropriate wording after every rewrite. Use a private note instead of a reply when text is intended only for teammates. AI Compose helps make a first draft clearer; the human operator remains responsible for the message sent to the customer.
