Activity

Inspect individual conversations with shareable filters, exports, and controlled follow-up actions.

Open Activity from an agent to inspect the conversations behind Analytics. The page has a paginated chat-log list and a detail pane. Filters for sentiment, confidence, channel, date range, and topic are reflected in the URL, so a filtered view can be shared or revisited. Analytics drill-ins open this page with the relevant low-confidence, sentiment, or topic filter already set.

Select a conversation to read its transcript. Rows show available channel, sentiment, country, low-confidence indication, recent message, and topics. You can select visible sessions for an export or, where your role allows it, use the controlled archive, delete, notes, or Inbox-takeover flows. Those operational controls have their own permissions and plan gates; they are not implied by simply being able to view Analytics.

Use filters to find a pattern, then read several representative conversations before changing an agent. The list is not an immutable audit record, and the metrics it supports should be interpreted with the conversation context. To download data, use Exports from this page.
