Connect integrations and actions
Give agents approved access to scheduling, billing, search, handoff, and your own APIs.
Connections hold workspace credentials. Actions decide what a specific agent may do with them.
Connect a provider
- Open workspace Integrations.
- Choose Connect for Stripe, Slack, Calendly, or Notion and finish authorization.
- Give additional connections a label when you manage more than one account.
- Open the agent's Actions or Channels page and select the connection.
Disconnecting a connection can affect every agent that uses it. Review the impact shown in the confirmation dialog first.
Add an agent action
Open an agent and select Actions. Available actions include lead collection, web search, Stripe, Calendly, Cal.com, custom API requests, custom buttons, client-side actions, and escalation to email or Inbox.
Configure the action, test it in Playground, then enable it. OAuth-backed actions show Needs Attention when their connection expires or is removed.
Call your own API
Choose Custom API, provide a public HTTPS endpoint, method, headers, parameters, and a clear description of when the agent should call it. Never put secrets in the description or customer-visible output. Apply per-hour or per-day rate limits for mutating operations.
Escalate to a person
Use Escalate via Email for a notification-only workflow, or Escalate to Inbox for assignment, internal notes, replies, and AI resumption. Complete the Inbox setup before enabling Inbox escalation.
