Manage billing and credits
Choose a plan, understand per-message credit costs, top up, and avoid service interruptions.
AgentStack bills AI work in integer credits. One credit is $0.02: a $20 top-up adds 1,000 credits. New Free workspaces start with 50 credits.
Understand usage
Each successful AI response deducts the selected model's configured cost. Costs vary by model; for example, GPT-5.2 uses 2 credits, GPT-4.1 Nano uses 1, and Claude Opus 4.6 uses 5. The model picker and billing screen are the current source of truth as models change.
Credits are also used by AI replies across the widget, REST chat, Slack, email, Inbox assistance, and voice. A failed request may be refunded when the product cannot deliver the response.
Upgrade or manage a subscription
Open workspace Pricing to compare plans and start checkout. Paid plans unlock REST API access; Inbox is available on Standard, Pro, and Enterprise. Use Manage subscription for invoices, payment methods, or cancellation.
Add credits
Open the billing area, choose a top-up, and complete payment. The balance updates after Stripe confirms the payment.
Enable auto top-up to add credits when the balance falls below your chosen threshold. Keep a valid payment method on file and choose a threshold high enough for your normal traffic.
Avoid interruptions
- Watch the workspace balance after changing to a higher-cost model.
- Test auto top-up before a launch or campaign.
- Remember that usage is organization-wide across agents and channels.
- If a paid feature is unavailable, confirm both plan tier and subscription status.
